Rub generously on both sides of meat, let set at least 1/2 hour, the longer the better. Make a BBQ sauce for basting at the end with 1 part mix to 1 part tomato sauce, thin to desired consistency. Or mix with your own sauce recipe.

Make a dip with 4 oz of sour cream and 4 oz of mayonnaise and 1 tbsp of mix or do to taste.
