Thuringer: A mild German-style sausage. Gently dried and smoked, with a hint of juniper. Adds a unique style to your charcuterie board or a sandwich.
Sopressata: Cured and dry aged for about 40 days. This Italian sausage is similar to salami but packs a bit more fennel making it much more desirable to the palate.
Linguica: A spicy, peppery, aromatic and zesty sausage! Made with dry red wine. This is a form of smoke-cured pork sausage seasoned with garlic and paprika originating in Portugal and Brazil.
