Christmas Deadlines for Shipping

Orders placed after December 15th, are not guaranteed delivery by Christmas.

All orders are based on weight and distance & will take 2-7 business days, depending on location of delivery. We do not guarantee delivery times as we are not in control of delivery once the package has left our store.

Visit us in Downtown Howell to shop in-store to purchase the gifts items needed after December 15th. We are open 7 days a week through December 23rd, closed December 24th & 25th. Happy Holidays! 

 

How long will it take for my package to arrive?

Please allow 3-5 business days to process your order before shipment. Business days are generally considered Monday through Friday excluding Holidays. We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS, and once the order has shipped we trust that the carrier will deliver the package to you within their time-frame. We do not guarantee delivery times as we are not in control of delivery once the package has left our store.

Feel free to contact us with any questions regarding your shipment and please have your order number ready. We want to make sure you receive your order as soon as possible.

 

Where is shipping available?

We ship anywhere in the United States and to any U.S. Military base. We do not ship outside of the country otherwise due to high shipping costs and the high rate of packages that get lost or damaged before they arrive.

 

Do you accept returns?

You can return or exchange purchases made online or in store within 30 days. Please call the store (517-548-5454) for more information and instructions on returning/exchanging your items.

 

Can I ship to multiple addresses from the same order?

Not yet, but we are working on it! If you want to send products to multiple addresses you will need to place a separate order for each address.
