Wilde Thyme Soup For 2 Chicken Enchilada


This instant soup combines white cheddar cheese powder, freeze-dried rice, leeks and bell pepper pieces in a creamy chicken base with a hint of tomato and spice.  Simply combine soup mix with two cups of water in a microwave-safe container.  Mix thoroughly and microwave on high for 4 minutes.  Stir and let sit for 2 minutes before eating.  Enjoy!
